Presenting your purchased ticket is required for entry (the ticket may be shown either in printed form or electronically).
If you selected a student ticket or a senior ticket, you will be required to present valid identification when visiting the museum.
An audio guide is available in English and is included in the ticket price.

Yes, you can change the visit date no later than one day before your scheduled visit. To do this, please send an email to bergen@trollmuseum.no, attach your ticket, and indicate the new desired date.
Please note that the ticket is valid for 6 months from the date of purchase. It is not possible to reschedule your museum visit to a date that exceeds 6 months from the purchase date.
We offer:
- a 20% discount for Bergen Card holders,
- a 25% discount for BT fordel,
- a discount for guests of certain hotels. Please check the details at your hotel’s reception.
- a discount for tourists traveling with certain tour companies.
If you have chosen a discount, you must present valid evidence (Bergen Card, BT fordel app, hotel reservation etc.).
Yes, you do! Groups of 8 or more people receive a 20% discount on tickets, provided that all tickets are paid for together. When purchasing online, the discount is applied automatically when selecting 8 or more tickets for a single date. Admission for an accompanying guide is free upon presentation of valid identification.
Note: This discount cannot be combined with other discounts, such as family tickets.
Children under the age of 13 must be accompanied by an adult.
Children aged 13 and older may visit the museum without adult supervision. Proof of age is required. The child should bring a phone so they can easily contact their parents/guardian.
Disability companions and guides with an ID (ledsager) may follow disabled visitors for free.
